Design Manager – Fire Sprinkler Systems
45 Minutes From Twin Cities | $80K–$120K + Bonus | 4-Day Work Week

Our client is hiring a Fire Sprinkler Designer ready to step into a Design Manager role with a family-owned contractor that prioritizes balance, stability, and growth.

What you’ll do:

• Lead sprinkler design projects
• Review plans, assign work, mentor team
• Work directly with contractors and leadership

What you need:

• 3–10 years fire sprinkler design experience
• AutoCAD / HydraCAD / SprinkCAD preferred
• NICET helpful, not required
