Commercial litigation attorney

We have partnered with a boutique law firm in the area that is looking for an outstanding business and real estatew Litigation Attorney to join their team!

This role is perfect for someone who is looking for low billable hours and a hybrid work envirorment.

Quick overview:

• The preferred candidate will have minimum of 5years of experience in civil litigation.
• Lead all phases of civil litigation from initial case evaluation, strategy development, and pleadings through to final resolution or trial.
• Conduct and defend depositions of parties, fact witnesses, and expert medical or technical witnesses; and manage complex written discovery.
• Draft persuasive pleadings, discovery motions, motions for summary judgment, and appellate briefs.
• Exceptional writing, analytical research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Licensed and in good standing in California.
• 1550 Billable hours.
