Employment Litigation Attorney – San Diego

A national law firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney with 4–7 years of experience to join its San Diego office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling sophisticated employment matters in a collaborative environment while working closely with experienced litigators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and be comfortable managing a variety of employment-related disputes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on employment law issues
• Draft legal documents including complaints, motions, and briefs
• Represent clients in employment-related litigation
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding employment law matters
• Assist with client consultations and negotiations

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing
• 4–7 years of experience practicing employment law
• Experience handling matters involving discrimination, harassment, wage and hour issues, and employment agreements
• Class action and PAGA experience is a strong plus
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
