A highly reputable Am Law firm in the Nashville market is seeking an experienced Corporate/M&A Attorney to join its growing practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a sophisticated client base on high-level transactions in a collaborative and flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on mergers & acquisitions, including structuring, negotiation, and execution

  • Handle transactions involving private equity, joint ventures, and complex corporate matters

  • Provide strategic counsel on business transactions across a variety of industries

  • Collaborate with a nationally recognized team on high-value deals

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in M&A and corporate transactions

  • Background in private equity and joint ventures strongly preferred

  • Exposure to bankruptcy or pre-bankruptcy matters is a plus

  • Big Law experience and/or top-tier law school credentials required

  • Portable book of business preferred

  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
