Personal Injury Attorney 

We are a well-established personal injury law firm seeking an experienced personal injury attorney to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated personal injury attorney with 5+ years of experience to advocate for injured clients and help them secure the compensation they deserve while working in a supportive family feel law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, from intake to settlement or trial.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with experts, investigators, and medical professionals to strengthen cases.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed attorney in the state of Oklahoma
• 5+ years of experience in personal injury law preferred; defense-side experience will also be considered.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and trial skills (1st or 2nd chair).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and work independently.
