Residential Estimator Qualifications
Ability to prepare accurate estimates from plans and specifications
Experience with quantity takeoffs and cost validation
Strong understanding of residential construction scopes
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Industry consistent work history
2+ years of experience in estimating or purchasing
