Job Description

We’re looking for an Intellectual Property Attorney with 5–7 years of experience to join our IP team for our firm's Richmond, VA office. This roles gives the opportunity to work on a broad range of matters including trademark and copyright clearance and registration, technology licensing and related transactional matters, trade secret protection, data privacy, and cybersecurity. 

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• A minimum of 5-7 years of intellectual property experience, with a focus on trademark and copyright clearance, registration and enforcement, and licensing related matters
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills
• Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset
• Admission to practice in Virginia
