About the Role
This position offers hands-on experience across a diverse civil litigation practice, including:
Business litigation
Employment law
Construction and HOA disputes
Insurance and liability defense
Personal injury defense
Real estate matters
You will manage cases from intake through trial preparation, with meaningful client interaction and courtroom exposure. Trial experience is a strong plus.
Qualifications
2–7 years of civil litigation experience
Experience handling cases from inception through trial prep
Background in business, employment, construction, insurance/liability, PI defense, real estate, or HOA matters preferred
Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school
Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Compensation & Benefits
$100,000–$150,000++ annually (commensurate with experience)
