A growing, international pet food manufacturer is adding an Entry-Level Nutritionist to their team in Mishawaka. This role works directly with formulation, quality, production, and procurement, giving you visibility into how products actually move from concept to market.

You won’t be siloed—you’ll be part of the process.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support pet food formulation development and nutritional balancing

• Analyze ingredients, nutrient profiles, and specifications

• Assist with new product development and testing

• Partner with quality and production teams to ensure consistency and compliance

• Research industry trends, ingredients, and innovations

• Help maintain accurate formulation and nutritional documentation

What They’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Food Science, or similar

• Understanding of nutrition principles and feed formulation basics

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with different teams

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Internship or early experience in pet food, feed, or animal nutrition

• Exposure to formulation software or tools

• Familiarity with AAFCO or regulatory standards
