Civil Litigation Associate Attorney (2–5 Years)

📍 Walnut Creek, CA | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)

About the Role

This position offers hands-on experience across a diverse civil litigation practice, including:

• Business litigation

• Employment law

• Construction and HOA disputes

• Insurance and liability defense

• Personal injury defense

• Real estate matters

You will manage cases from intake through trial preparation, with meaningful client interaction and courtroom exposure. Trial experience is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of civil litigation experience

• Experience handling cases from inception through trial prep

• Background in business, employment, construction, insurance/liability, PI defense, real estate, or HOA matters preferred

• Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school

• Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills

Compensation & Benefits

• $130,000–$175,000+ annually (commensurate with experience)

• Performance-based bonus opportunities

• 1,900 annual billable hour target
