This is a unique opportunity to work on complex M&A deals, corporate governance, and high-stakes commercial contracts, collaborating directly with senior attorneys and sophisticated clients.

We’re seeking 2–5 years of corporate/transactional experience, a strong JD, and excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Missouri-licensed candidates preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of complex business transactions

  • Draft and review agreements related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial transactions

  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance to clients on corporate and transactional matters

  • Support senior attorneys in due diligence, contract negotiations, and deal execution

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical and business-focused legal solutions

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

  • 2–5 years of experience in corporate or business transactions

  • Experience with M&A, corporate governance, commercial contracts, or general corporate matters

  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Licensed or eligible for admission in the applicable jurisdiction
