Job Description

A leading custom injection molding manufacturer is seeking experienced Manufacturing Process Technician (Plastics), to join its growing team. All Shifts are available with Shift differential for 2nd and 3rd.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll play a critical part in keeping production running efficiently — from material prep to mold setup — while ensuring consistent quality, safety, and output.

  • Prepare and mix raw materials (virgin, regrind, colorant) per production schedule.
  • Safely install, set up, and remove molds following standard procedures.
  • Conduct daily inspections of cranes, forklifts, slings, and lifting devices.
  • Troubleshoot process issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate labeling, documentation, and clean work areas.
  • Partner with cell leaders and team members to meet production goals.
  • Perform end-of-run preventive maintenance and ensure proper mold storage.

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or GED (required).
  • 4–5 years of injection molding or process technician experience.
  • Solid troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently with a focus on safety and precision.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks.
