CNC Machinist – Philadelphia Area

We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join a growing, stable manufacturing team in the Philly area. This role involves setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC mills and/or lathes to produce precision components. Candidates should be comfortable reading blueprints, working with tight tolerances, and using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills and lathes)

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

• Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic edits

• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges

• Maintain quality and production standards

Qualifications:

• 2+ years CNC machining experience preferred

• Strong blueprint reading skills

• Experience holding tight tolerances

• Familiarity with G-code and controls is a plus
