The Ideal Candidate will have the following:
7+ years working in a law firm or professional services environment (AP/ accounting experience)
2+ years of lead supervisory experience
Excellent time management, organization, accuracy and consistency
Associates Degree in related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Hands-on experience working with several departments and tasks and meeting deadlines
Detail-oriented and able to work independently and as a team
Strong proficiency in general ledger accounting is required
