Very well-established, quality-oriented practice limited to Endodontics, located in upscale communities is seeking an experienced Endodontist to join their team. This location is known for being the best in the industry in regard to patient care and clinical accuracy. They offer their associates the opportunity to learn and collaborate with their team of experienced dental professionals and the autonomy to provide high quality care that is convenient and comfortable for both the staff and patients. Their central management team handles all administrative tasks, allowing their trained staff to focus on patient care. They handle all credentialing for new associates, actively work each month to increase insurance rates, and secure high levels of reimbursement for the services their specialists provide. They offer a clear pathway to partnership and mentorship opportunities, fostering personal and professional growth through their commitment to continuing education and active community engagement. They value our strong relationships with local practices, providers, and charities in the area.

Endodontist Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate diagnoses through thorough evaluation of patients' dental health
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients requiring endodontic care
• Perform root canal treatments, including retreatments and surgical procedures when necessary
• Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to provide integrated and coordinated care
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive measures for long-term dental health

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD degree
• Certification in Endodontics from an ADA-accredited program
• California dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
