Position Overview: We're on the lookout for an adept Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'll spearhead projects within the five-to-fifteen-million-dollar range, ensuring their safe, timely, and budget-friendly completion. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all facets of commercial construction projects, from inception to wrap-up, encompassing planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project specifications and deadlines.
• Maintain project budgets and financial health through meticulous cost tracking, forecasting, and change order management.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a Commercial Construction Project Manager, ideally with projects ranging from five to fifteen million dollars.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects without sacrificing attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
