Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage tax planning, compliance, and IRS representation

  • Oversee entity structuring, credits, and proactive tax strategies

  • Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring quality and development

  • Collaborate with leadership to provide year-round advisory services

  • Maintain current knowledge of tax law, regulations, and industry practices

Qualifications

  • CPA required with 5+ years in public accounting or advisory

  • Proven experience in tax planning, entity structuring, and compliance

  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage teams and client relationships

Responsibilities

  • Deliver hands-on tax consulting, including IRS audit support and credit advisory

  • Advise on transactions, succession planning, real estate, and multi-state tax issues

  • Lead complex tax projects and second-opinion reviews

  • Collaborate with other business service teams to integrate client strategies

  • Guide and mentor junior staff, ensuring professional development and service quality

Qualifications

  • CPA with 3–5 years of advanced tax experience

  • Strong background in compliance, planning, and multi-state tax strategy

  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills

  • Ability to manage projects and deliver proactive solutions
