I'm working with one of the Northeast's premier litigation firms, which is adding an E-Billing Manager in Boston. You'd co-manage the firm's e-billing platforms and co-lead a team of client billing specialists.
What you'll do:
- Co-manage e-billing platforms and ensure accuracy throughout the billing cycle
- Co-lead, motivate, and guide a team of client billing specialists
- Ensure timely, accurate invoicing that meets billing compliance requirements
- Work with attorneys, clients, and internal departments to resolve issues
- Prepare billing reports, track revenue, analyze trends, and find process improvements
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of billing experience, preferably in a law firm
- Proficiency with Elite 3e
- Strong knowledge of legal billing practices and compliance
- Leadership experience
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills
