About the role-
Minimum of 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience with civil litigation
A Bachelor's Degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent combination of experience and education
Client document organization and review, redaction, retrieval and organization of exhibits
Strong skills in reviewing discovery documents, summarizing depositions, preparing discovery responses, and analyzing medical/billing records
Strong technical knowledge of e-Discovery platforms
Proficient understanding of the e-discovery process, including review and setup of Electronically Stored Information
This position will be focused on business litigation, employment, and insurance cases
1500 billable hours- includes "billable" and administrative time (time working on projects, committee meetings, etc is included as billable hours)
