We are partnered with a growing A&E firm that's seeking a seasoned Architectural Project Manager to lead complex architectural projects from concept through completion. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and maintain strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate has a passion for innovative design, a deep understanding of construction methods, and demonstrated experience delivering successful projects across their core market sectors.
Lead and manage the architectural design and delivery of projects in the Industrial, Retail, and Commercial/Workplace sectors
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all project phases
Coordinate internal team efforts and ensure project schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met
Prepare and oversee the development of construction documents, permitting, and bidding processes
Review code compliance, building systems integration, and technical documentation
Mentor and support junior staff with professional development and technical guidance
Participate in project pursuits and proposal development as needed
8+ years of professional experience in architecture, including project management responsibilities
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
CA Architect License required
Strong experience managing projects in at least one of the following sectors: Industrial, Retail, Commercial/Workplace
Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management software
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Knowledge of California building codes, ADA, and permitting processes
Ability to travel locally for project meetings and site visits
