Job Title: Structural Steel Project Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Operations Manager / Senior Project Manager
We are looking for a Structural Steel Project Manager with 3–6 years of experience managing steel fabrication and erection projects. In this role, you’ll oversee projects from start to finish, working closely with engineers, fabricators, erectors, and clients to ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Manage structural steel projects from contract award through completion
Coordinate with detailing, fabrication, and field erection teams
Review drawings, specs, and contracts
Create and track schedules, budgets, and material orders
Communicate with general contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders
Solve project issues and ensure quality and safety standards are met
Track and report on project progress and costs
Attend project meetings and job site visits as needed
3–6 years of project management experience in structural steel
Strong knowledge of steel fabrication and erection processes
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar)
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
