Here's what they are looking for:

Staff Accountant:

• 1+ years of experience in Public Accounting (would consider a candidate right out of college)
• Bachelors degree
• Certifications: EA (or working towards it)

Tax Senior/Tax Supervisor:

• 5+ years of experience in Public Accounting 
• Bachelors degree
• Certifications: CPA/EA (or working towards it)
