Operator/Farm Hand

A leader in the agriculture industry is hiring an Operator/Farm Hand to join a growing operation. Responsibilities:

• Operate advanced equipment, including sprayers, tractors, and other machinery
• Perform essential crop production tasks, including tillage, planting, cultivating, and harvesting
• Utilize GPS systems and other agricultural technology
• Maintain and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of agriculture experience
• Mechanical skills preferred
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and passion for farming
• Valid driver’s license required
