Job Title: Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney

 

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school

  • Active and in good standing with the California State Bar

  • 3–10+ years of insurance coverage and litigation experience (defense-side preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of California insurance law and civil procedure

  • Experience handling complex litigation matters independently

  • Excellent written and oral advocacy skills

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently

  • Experience drafting detailed coverage opinions
