Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager / Estimator to join a well-established contractor specializing in structural demolition and site redevelopment, with additional work in select heavy civil scopes.

This is a hybrid role responsible for both estimating and managing demolition projects from bid through completion, working closely with field teams to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates, takeoffs, and bids for structural demolition projects
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, and site logistics
• Oversee budgets, schedules, change orders, and project documentation

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of construction experience
• Strong preference for structural demolition experience
• Heavy civil/sitework experience is a plus
• Experience in estimating and/or project management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
