A premier design-build firm specializing in architecturally ambitious, high-end custom homes is seeking a skilled Superintendent to lead field operations on luxury residential projects across Los Angeles. From modern coastal estates in Malibu to bold hillside builds in Silver Lake, this is an opportunity to run some of the most unique homes in the region.
Responsibilities:
Manage all on-site construction activities from ground-up through finish
Oversee scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics
Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to protect design intent
Ensure high-level craftsmanship on custom finishes and detailing
Maintain clean, safe, organized jobsites reflecting company standards
Use platforms like Procore or Buildertrend for documentation and reporting
Qualifications:
7+ years as a Superintendent or Lead in high-end custom residential
Experience in LA neighborhoods like Malibu, Bel Air, Silver Lake
Deep knowledge of luxury finishes, MEP coordination, and hillside builds
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with construction software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
