🚧 Commercial Project Manager – Greater Detroit, MI 🚧

A well respected commercial construction firm in the Greater Detroit area is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads confidently, and delivers high-quality results.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Project Manager with 5+ years of experience overseeing diverse commercial projects from start to finish. The right candidate is detail-driven, proactive, and skilled at managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects

  • Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and site progress

  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams

  • Lead meetings, review plans, and process RFIs/Change Orders

  • Ensure safety, quality, and deadlines are met

  • Maintain strong communication and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of commercial project management experience

  • Experience with diverse commercial projects (retail, office, healthcare, industrial, municipal, restaurant, education, etc.)

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and financial controls

  • Ability to lead multiple projects and collaborate with field teams

  • Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
