Skills & Experience Required

• 3–5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in food manufacturing
• Strong background in preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Experience supervising and developing maintenance technicians
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and sanitation standards
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain production, packaging, and processing equipment
• Familiarity with CMMS, work order systems, and parts inventory control
• Experience supporting 24/7 or multi-shift operations
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive accountability and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication skills and a hands-on leadership style
