gpac is partnered with a well-established, family-owned and operated excavation construction company in search of a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates looking to join a reputable company in a fast-paced and challenging role.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely completion
• Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules - Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
• Negotiate contracts and change orders as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

Position Essential Job Functions:

• 3+ years of experience in excavation, utilities, site development, and water/sewer projects
• Experience Xactimate
• IICRC Certification Preffered but not Required
• Water, fire, mold remediation, demolition 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
