About the Role:
An established and well-regarded mid-sized law firm in Oklahoma City is hiring a Paralegal / Legal Assistant to support its busy medical malpractice litigation team. This full-time, in-office role offers a collaborative work environment, clear growth potential, and a manageable 37.5-hour workweek — ideal for professionals seeking work-life balance without sacrificing impact or responsibility.

  • Salary: $60K–$75K, depending on experience

  • Salaried position with two weeks of PTO (accrued at 4.25 hours per pay period)

What You’ll Do:

  • Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and legal correspondence

  • Organize and summarize medical records and expert witness materials

  • Maintain litigation files from intake through trial

  • Assist with trial preparation, scheduling, and docket management

  • Liaise with clients, providers, and attorneys on case developments

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of experience in medical malpractice litigation

  • Deep understanding of case progression, discovery, and trial timelines

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

  • Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office

  • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
