About the Role:
An established and well-regarded mid-sized law firm in Oklahoma City is hiring a Paralegal / Legal Assistant to support its busy medical malpractice litigation team. This full-time, in-office role offers a collaborative work environment, clear growth potential, and a manageable 37.5-hour workweek — ideal for professionals seeking work-life balance without sacrificing impact or responsibility.
Salary: $60K–$75K, depending on experience
Salaried position with two weeks of PTO (accrued at 4.25 hours per pay period)

What You’ll Do:
Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and legal correspondence
Organize and summarize medical records and expert witness materials
Maintain litigation files from intake through trial
Assist with trial preparation, scheduling, and docket management
Liaise with clients, providers, and attorneys on case developments
What We’re Looking For:
At least 3 years of experience in medical malpractice litigation
Deep understanding of case progression, discovery, and trial timelines
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office
Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
