As part of this exceptional team, you'll:
🏗️ Develop precise estimates, bids, and proposals that keep the company at the top.
📐 Perform detailed take-offs from project drawings and site data.
🤝 Collaborate with sales teams to ensure winning proposals.
📑 Review contracts for accurate pricing and scope alignment.
📝 Manage project documentation, including submittals, change orders, and closeout packages.
🏆 Participate in pre-construction meetings, setting up projects for success.
✔️ Expert knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installations.
✔️ Experience reading blueprints, specs, and compliance documents.
✔️ Proficiency with estimating tools like Edge, plus Microsoft Office Suite.
✔️ Strong communication and time management skills.
✔️ Proven ability to deliver detailed, competitive bids under tight deadlines.
