Location: Stamford, Connecticut Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $95,000 – $130,000 base + bonus potential (commensurate with experience)
About the Opportunity
A well-established and highly respected plaintiff-side law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing team in Stamford, CT. This firm has built a strong reputation for client advocacy and results, offering attorneys the opportunity to work on meaningful cases in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a 3–5 year attorney looking to further develop litigation and negotiation skills while handling a diverse personal injury caseload.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
Evaluate claims, analyze case strategy, and assess liability and damages
Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
Prepare cases for litigation, including discovery and motion practice
Ensure compliance with all procedural requirements, including statutes of limitations
Deliver high-quality client service and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with internal team members to drive case success
Qualifications
Admitted to the Connecticut Bar in good standing
3–5 years of personal injury experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
Experience negotiating and resolving PI claims; trial exposure is a plus
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset
