Location: Stamford, Connecticut Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $95,000 – $130,000 base + bonus potential (commensurate with experience)

About the Opportunity

A well-established and highly respected plaintiff-side law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing team in Stamford, CT. This firm has built a strong reputation for client advocacy and results, offering attorneys the opportunity to work on meaningful cases in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a 3–5 year attorney looking to further develop litigation and negotiation skills while handling a diverse personal injury caseload.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution

• Evaluate claims, analyze case strategy, and assess liability and damages

• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel

• Prepare cases for litigation, including discovery and motion practice

• Ensure compliance with all procedural requirements, including statutes of limitations

• Deliver high-quality client service and maintain strong client relationships

• Collaborate with internal team members to drive case success

Qualifications

• Admitted to the Connecticut Bar in good standing

• 3–5 years of personal injury experience (plaintiff-side preferred)

• Experience negotiating and resolving PI claims; trial exposure is a plus

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

• Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset
