Personal Lines Insurance Specialist – Join a Client-First Agency

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and service personal lines accounts including home, auto, and umbrella policies

• Handle endorsements, applications, and policy changes with a high level of accuracy

• Clearly explain coverage options and help clients make informed decisions

• Support clients through questions or concerns with patience and professionalism—especially seniors

• Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions

• Work closely with producers and team members to deliver a seamless client experience

• Navigate AMS360 and carrier portals for documentation and policy management

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance (home, auto, umbrella, endorsements)

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

• A warm, relational communication style and strong listening skills

• Ability to take ownership of client needs and see issues through to resolution

• Calm and proactive approach when handling sensitive or challenging client situations

• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others

• Comfortable working with systems and technology (AMS360 experience a plus)

• Self-directed with the ability to manage responsibilities independently

• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on coverage and carrier updates
