Ideal Background:
- 7+ years of litigation experience in one or more of the following:
- Construction Litigation / Construction Defect
- Business Litigation
- Employment Litigation
- Real Estate Litigation
- Commercial Litigation
- Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and case management skills
- Ability to independently manage matters in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in long-term growth opportunities
- Licensed and in good standing in California
- ABA-accredited law school preferred
