Job Title: Traveling Superintendent – Retail Projects (Southeast)

We’re working confidentially with a growing General Contractor that is actively hiring a Traveling Superintendent to support a strong pipeline of retail work across the Southeast.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a travel-based role, enjoys shorter-duration projects, and wants to be part of a team that values execution, accountability, and field leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead day-to-day field operations on retail construction projects
Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
Ensure projects stay on track, on budget, and meet quality standards
Maintain a strong focus on safety and jobsite organization
Coordinate closely with Project Managers and clients
What They’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
Strong experience with retail, tenant improvement, or ground-up projects
Comfortable traveling extensively throughout the Southeast
Ability to manage fast-paced schedules and multiple stakeholders
Strong communication and leadership skills
