Project Coordinator – HVAC / Mechanical

A growing mechanical contractor is looking to add a reliable Project Coordinator to their team. If you enjoy supporting commercial HVAC projects and want to work for a company that truly values its people, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll do:

• Support commercial HVAC projects from start to finish

• Assist with project documentation and close-out (as-builts, O&M manuals, training materials)

• Coordinate jobsite office needs

• Help ensure compliance with project documents

What they’re looking for:

• 3+ years of construction industry experience

• HVAC knowledge and understanding of codes/regulations

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Problem-solver who works well with project teams
