• Title: Project Manager/Production Manager
• Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Project Scope:
• Custom Home Experience: Ground-up projects valued at $1M+
• Renovation Experience: Projects in the $500k range consistently
• Responsibilities: Not just building homes, but also helping direct the business towards growth.
• Compensation: Competitive salary with a 401k match. No health insurance, but there might be an option for a healthcare stipend if needed.
