Position: Senior to Partner-Level Trusts & Estates Attorney

Compensation:

• Associates: $130,000–$150,000 base
• Partners: $280,000–$500,000+, depending on billings and client base

Who You Are:

• An experienced estate planning attorney (8+ years preferred)
• A strong writer and thinker who can draft sophisticated documents—not just fill in software-generated templates
• Has a track record of client development and/or portable business (required at Partner level)
• Detail-oriented and excellent at proofreading
• Experience in probate and guardianship is a plus
• Licensed to practice in Illinois
