gpac is partnering with a growing Western Ohio food manufacturing company seeking a skilled 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to join their team!
This company, a meat processing facility with nearly 75 years of history, has steadily expanded and now operates two production shifts with sanitation on a third. With just under 250 employees and a very low turnover rate, this is a stable and rewarding workplace with strong career growth potential—from Maintenance Technician to Supervisor or Manager.

2–3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in food manufacturing or other manufacturing environments
Hands-on experience or knowledge with:
Ovens & boilers
Ammonia refrigeration
Conveyor systems
Pneumatics & hydraulics
PLCs (a plus!)
Quick-thinking, adaptable, and ready to work in a fast-paced production environment
