Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Associate Attorney (1–5+ years of experience) to join our litigation team (more senior attorneys are encouraged to apply!). This fully remote position offers hands-on experience across multiple practice areas, with a primary focus on:

  • Product Liability

  • Insurance Coverage

  • Construction Defect

  • Labor & Employment

The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to take on meaningful responsibility in complex matters from early stages through resolution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda

  • Conduct legal research and case analysis

  • Manage written discovery and depositions

  • Participate in court appearances, hearings, and mediations

  • Assist in trial preparation

  • Communicate directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior attorneys


Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school

  • Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

  • 1–5+ years of litigation experience (experience in one or more listed practice areas preferred)

  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

  • Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating within a team

  • Experience with remote case management systems and virtual proceedings is a plus


Billable Hours & Compensation

  • Target: 1,800 billable hours annually

  • Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses available after 1,800 hours

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
