Job Title: Associate Attorney (Remote)

We are a growing, multi-state law firm with more than 85 attorneys serving clients across a broad range of complex litigation and advisory matters. We are seeking a Junior Associate Attorney (1–5+ years of experience) to join our litigation team (more senior attorneys are encouraged to apply!). This fully remote position offers hands-on experience across multiple practice areas, with a primary focus on:
Product Liability
Insurance Coverage
Construction Defect
Labor & Employment
The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to take on meaningful responsibility in complex matters from early stages through resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
Conduct legal research and case analysis
Manage written discovery and depositions
Participate in court appearances, hearings, and mediations
Assist in trial preparation
Communicate directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
Provide strategic recommendations to senior attorneys
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
1–5+ years of litigation experience (experience in one or more listed practice areas preferred)
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating within a team
Experience with remote case management systems and virtual proceedings is a plus
Target: 1,800 billable hours annually
Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses available after 1,800 hours
