Key Responsibilities of the HVAC Service/Sales Manager:

• Develop and lead the commercial HVAC service department, setting the standard for excellence.
• Drive service sales and exceed revenue targets, leveraging your industry knowledge and connections.
• Manage and mentor a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring top-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving repeat business and referrals.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and quality control, to ensure smooth and efficient service.
