About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Producer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with a strong background in commercial lines insurance and a passion for building client relationships and generating new business.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, develop, and close new commercial insurance accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners
Identify client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service
Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and market conditions
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial insurance sales
Proven track record of generating new business
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license (required)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary ($40K–$50K)
50% commission on all new business
