Salary: $125,000 – $135,000
The Opportunity
A well-established and highly respected Pittsburgh-based law firm is seeking a motivated Business and Real Estate Associate to join its growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior partners on a sophisticated range of corporate and real estate matters for a diverse regional and national client base.

Key Responsibilities
Transactional Drafting: Prepare and negotiate complex corporate contracts, joint venture agreements, and commercial real estate documents.
Client Advocacy: Provide strategic legal counsel to clients regarding business operations and commercial transactions.
M&A and Finance: Handle entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and various financing structures.
Project Management: Independently manage multiple files across various legal disciplines while ensuring deadlines are met with precision.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 5+ years of corporate and transactional law experience within a law firm environment.
Credentials: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with a strong academic background.
Licensure: Must be a member in good standing of the Pennsylvania Bar.
Professionalism: High-level presentation skills and a polished, client-facing demeanor.
Collaboration: A strong work ethic with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team structure.
Skill Set: Excellent research, writing, and interpersonal communication abilities.
Work Environment
This position is strictly in-office at our Pittsburgh headquarters. We believe that in-person collaboration and mentorship are essential to the development of our associates and the success of our firm.
