Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Contents Restoration Project Manager to lead and oversee content recovery projects in the aftermath of water, fire, mold, or other damage incidents. This role is vital in coordinating restoration efforts, managing teams, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in restoration contents, and a passion for restoring spaces to their optimal condition. This Project Manager will drive project success from start to finish while maintaining excellent communication with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise contents restoration projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion while adhering to safety standards and industry best practices
• Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Manage assigning tasks related to cleaning, packing out contents, mold remediation, and packing/unpacking for residential or commercial properties
• Oversee the proper handling of contents including cleaning, packing, storage, and transportation with attention to detail and care
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues promptly, and adjust plans as needed to meet client expectations
• Ensure all work complies with health regulations, safety protocols, and company policies
• Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including logs of contents handled, cleaning procedures performed, and incident reports
