Escrow Officer – Little Rock, AR

A well-established and rapidly growing title company in Arkansas is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join their team in the Little Rock area. This opportunity is open due to growth and increased volume, offering a chance to step into an active pipeline of business with immediate impact. This role supports a busy, high-performing team where current staff are operating at full capacity. You’ll inherit and help manage an existing book of business—primarily residential with some commercial exposure—while having the opportunity to grow your own pipeline. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage escrow files from open to close (residential + some commercial)
• Conduct closings and ensure seamless transaction execution
• Handle balancing, disbursements, and coordination with internal teams
• Communicate directly with clients, lenders, realtors, and attorneys
• Support pre-closing and post-closing functions as needed
• Occasional local travel for closings (~15-mile radius) 

What They’re Looking For

• 3+ years of escrow/title/closing experience
• Ability to manage files independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Notary preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience with title/escrow software (Qualia a plus) 

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $55K–$75K+ (flexible based on experience)
• Monthly bonuses + revenue-based incentives (uncapped upside)
