Key Responsibilities
Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
Coordinate client communication and expectations
Oversee procurement and project documentation
Ensure timely project delivery
Manage multiple small projects simultaneously
Qualifications
3+ years project management experience
Renovation or small project experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects
