What You’ll Do:
Design and draft site development plans including layout, grading, utilities, erosion control, stormwater management, and more
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure high-quality, efficient project delivery
Contribute to permitting, land disturbance compliance, and regulatory coordination
Support the company’s mission of delivering complete, in-house design-build solutions
Qualifications:
F.E. or P.E. license preferred (but not required for the right person)
Approximately 6 years of civil site design experience is ideal
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office
Strong understanding of commercial and residential site development, including grading, storm sewer, and utility design
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
High level of personal character, responsibility, and a willingness to learn and grow
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $75,000 – $105,000, based on experience and qualifications
