Title: Project Manager – Feed Mills / Elevators

Overview:
A growing agricultural company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee capital projects across multiple feed mills and grain elevator facilities. This role is responsible for managing project scope, budgets, contractor relationships, and timelines from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage capital projects across 3 feed mills/elevator locations
• Develop project scope, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate and communicate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Travel up to 40% (overnight) to project sites
• Provide regular project updates and reporting

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of project management experience in construction, agriculture, or industrial settings
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and drive projects forward

Compensation:
• Ideal Salary: $100,000-$120,000
• Bonus Potential: $20,000
