A highly-respected General Contractor with a backlog of projects, is seeking an Project Manager to join their growing team. Looking for someone with excellent people skills and proven work history with Commercial Construction from Ground Up.

Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a commercial construction Project manager 

Responsible to oversee profit and loss relating to assigned projects and will develop regular margin projections

Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects

Work with clients and design teams

Track, price and negotiate project cost changes
